This Anti-Fraud Policy sets out our approach to preventing, detecting, and addressing fraud in all forms across our recruitment operations, including interactions with clients, recruitment partners, and employees.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to:
- Protect GVOLVO LTD, our clients, and our recruitment partners from fraud
- Promote a culture of honesty, accountability, and ethical conduct
- Provide clear guidance for reporting and investigating suspected fraudulent activity
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All employees, contractors, and agents of GVOLVO LTD
- All clients and recruitment or staffing partners introduced through our services
- All interactions, transactions, and communications facilitated by GVOLVO LTD
Fraud may include, but is not limited to:
- Misrepresentation of identity, qualifications, or credentials
- Submission of false or misleading information in recruitment or staffing processes
- Misuse of company, client, or partner funds
- Attempted manipulation or deception in referral fees, commission arrangements, or recruitment contracts
3. Responsibilities
All staff, contractors, and stakeholders must:
- Act with integrity and honesty at all times
- Report suspected or actual fraud immediately
- Cooperate fully in any investigation conducted by GVOLVO LTD
GVOLVO LTD’s management is responsible for implementing this policy, monitoring compliance, and ensuring appropriate action is taken in response to fraudulent activity.
4. Detection and Reporting
Suspected fraud should be reported immediately to Hello@gvolvoltd.com or to designated management personnel.
All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly. GVOLVO LTD reserves the right to involve external auditors or law enforcement where necessary.
5. Investigation Procedure
- All reported incidents will be logged and assessed for risk and impact
- Evidence will be collected and documented
- Parties involved will be notified as appropriate
- Corrective action, including termination of contracts, removal from our recruitment network, or legal action, may be taken
GVOLVO LTD ensures investigations are fair, impartial, and consistent.
6. Prevention Measures
To minimise the risk of fraud, GVOLVO LTD implements:
- Rigorous vetting of recruitment and staffing partners before introduction
- Clear contractual agreements with clients and partners
- Regular monitoring of referral transactions, recruitment fees, and commission payments
- Staff training on fraud awareness and reporting procedures
7. Consequences of Fraud
Any proven act of fraud may result in:
- Termination of employment or contracts
- Legal proceedings and financial restitution
- Removal from our network of approved recruitment partners
Fraudulent activity by clients or partners may also result in termination of service and notification to relevant authorities.
8. Review
This Anti-Fraud Policy is reviewed annually or whenever there are material changes in operations, regulations, or risk exposure.
The purpose is to ensure ongoing effectiveness in preventing and detecting fraudulent activity within GVOLVO LTD and across our recruitment and staffing network.
